In response to previous review and experience when getting off the highway for this location: You do realize the highway exit is on the left side of the highway, correct? So of course if they are obeying the traffic rules, then people as yourself going over the speed limit will have to pass using the center lane.
Don’t drive in the left lane if your going to get passed by cars in the center lane.
