Everyone is so caring and polite. From Martha and the rn. Dr Hefron is absolutely wonderful. He takes time to listen.
When arrive they actually waiting on me, that was the first ever!!
The wait time is minimal, Everyone was understanding and very nice. It was a great experience for it being me having to be there. I believe I made the right decision for my health care needs.
I went to Dowagiac Beacon Health Emergency room Monday morning I had blood in my urine... I went in with pain, nausea, and increased pressure to urinate. I went to do a CT scan And they also did a bladder ultrasound... The test came back negative... The only thing that the doctor said well you might have an infection but you need to follow up with your primary.. Gave me no meds and sent me home... Since my primary is in a different system I have to wait for to see them and I am still in pain and same issues... This was very ... read more
