This is honestly the most toxic and childish company I have ever worked with. I was employed by the company who owns this practice to manage this office, during my time here I took this office from about 20 reviews to 100 reviews on Google, I surpassed my production goal by $200,000+ and reduced the aging report from about $100,000+ to $30,000, I helped hire and train new employees and my performance score was a 3.5 out of a 4. My experience with Beacon Dental Health has been great! Feedback is sought from all levels, very collaborative, great coworkers. The company is growing so there are a lot of opportunities to learn something new and work on different types of projects. It's been a good mix of close collaboration with management on different projects while also not being micromanaged and being free to make decisions.
