We’ve now worked with Amy on two auto notes in the last six years and every time she and Beacon impress me with how easy they are to work with, their rates, and the fact that i have never had to travel to a branch to do any paperwork. Truly a lender for their customer.

I am back once again to write another awful review for this company. This time they decided to change their mobile app and online banking yet again. In the process it took my bank account off of my loan and turned off auto pay. Now at age 32 I have the first late payment of my entire life on my credit report all thanks to poor management and decisions made by this company. We refinanced our home with Beacon and they had the best interest rates by far compared to other local banks. The whole process was fast and we had no snags. The drive thru staff are so nice and friendly and overall I am very satisfied.
They did a really good job saving me money on my auto loan refinance. Also, they are never busy so it’s always very quick and easy to get anything done there. They have way better customer service than most banks in the Seymour area.
