If I could give 0 stars, I would have. Purely because they make it as difficult as possible to get your money. Had a friend write me a check for several thousand they owed me, drawn off of beacon, and I was told they couldn’t cash it because of “company policy” that says non-members can’t cash checks about $1,000 there. Funny. I drove to beacon in Wabash and they cashed the $7,200 check for me without batting an eye. (I don’t do business with either beacon). Our experience in August with Mortgage Loan Originator Jenna Russell was over and above. She took the extra time with us and made sure paperwork was done quickly for closing of our new home. Rebecca Morin and staff always treats a person like family. Keep up the great customer service.
