I pay (2) HOA’s for this community totaling $650 a month. High HOA fees & management does not have enough staff to take care of a clogged gutter for my unit. Where is all the money I’m pouring into their pockets going??? Jennifer whom I spoke with was insensitive to my situation & only talked about other units. HOA only cares about themselves. Not for the elderly homeowners in the community. BEWARE! You will not get the service your expecting!!!
When the management of my community was shifted to Beacon, the website portal they had was not accessible. So it took a long time to get access to the portal. Despite of this issue, they charged me $100 in late fees and no one replied to my several emails requesting to remove the outrageous late fees. PS. The issue is now resolved. They finally fixed the issue and the representative who contacted me was courteous enough to recognize the issue and apologize.
