I honestly don’t understand how Beacon Management is still in business. They manage our HOA (Lake Griffin Estates) under the direction of our representative, Stephanie, and consistently ignore Florida Statute 720’s due process requirements. There is no transparency, they charge legal fees without board votes, and they ignore homeowners’ certified requests for hearings. Claire was very patient, and she resolved all of my issues quickly.
I had a great experience working with Shlomi Uzan at Beacon Community Management. He was knowledgeable, responsive, and went above and beyond to help with everything I needed. It's clear he genuinely cares about the communities he serves.
Jose was super nice and helpful in reviewing my account and how to set things up properly in the portal. He also immediately sent an email after confirming the conversation, which I really appreciated
