Knowing the challenges here with the HOA, Evelyn has shown integrity and knowledge and adherence of the COA regulatory issues. She has patiently and kindly helped our residents. I look forward to Evelyn managing our property and taking care of issues, keeping in mind cost, regulations, and interst of the property and for the home owners. We need someone in Charge, and she is much appreciated. She is Awesome!!

During being new owner and get familiar with community We needed to reach out to Beacon management company , they answered the phone and talked to us for finding out the problem .they followed up our problems till it get resolved. Excelent management company, Beacon Representative Jazmine Rojas has been an asset to our Board of Directors and community since day one. Ms Rojas is a very efficient and professional person who is readily available to resolve any problem and answer any question, we are very lucky to have someone like her to assist us in our community.
