The staff is so helpful and friendly.
Secretary, Kim, ---now layshawn---either needs better training or help with her job because she never returns calls, she doesn't communicate appointments in a timely manner, she doesn't let the patient know that they need to sign new release forms until they are discharged from the program.. she is rude. She talks to others while on the phone with someone else. Too many folks relapse because she is unable to do her job properly, they get kicked out of the program and boom...
