I placed a maintenance request for my toilets on Tuesday evening and the next day, Michael lead maintenance called me and asked if I was home for the repair and he came by and did a great job.He was here in 5 minutes after the call. Michael is a very professional and respectful person and he had my toilets repaired quick and efficiently. I’m glad that we have such a great maintenance team. He is a 5 Star maintenance man! I am very pleased! 👍 As well as the office staff, amazing! Great place to live.

Gloria Perez has been and will always be the best community manager this property has ever had. She worked tirelessly to keep our community together, always humble, straightforward, and dedicated. I even called her “Auntie” because she cared for us like family. Thanks to her hard work, this place stayed thriving with unit occupancy well over 90%. Her sudden departure is shocking and heartbreaking after so much productive, positive work she put in she will be missed dearly!! Flower Power!!

I recently had the chance to visit the Beacon Meridian subdivision, and I was genuinely impressed! The neighborhood features stunning, beautifully designed homes and offers top-notch amenities perfect for families. There's a large, fully equipped gym that rivals what you'd find at a professional fitness center, as well as a spacious pool and a fun park area for the kids. If you're in the market for a new rental home, Beacon Meridian is definitely a location worth considering!
