The phone is useless, I'm not sure why they have one. I've been waiting for over a month for a call back from THE NURSE to tell me if I should go to the ER or not.......I went to the ER.
Literally sat on hold for 30 minutes waiting in line to schedule a pediatric appointment for my son, just to be transferred to a voicemail. So I try to call again to get to the clinic and say on hold for ANOTHER 30+ minutes just for it to go to the answering machine after finally ringing…. Thinking I need to change Doctors and I can’t even get a hold of anyone….
Can’t ever get anyone to answer phone!
