If I can give this place a negative 10 I would. I was given paperwork to fill out. Then was told that I was 5 minutes late and they couldn’t see me. I was told that their next appointment was over a month away. So I went to their Clermont location. At first everything was going good until I went to pick out my glasses. I was told that they did not carry the basic frames that was 100% free with my insurance. Instead was sold a pair for about $300. I’ve be n coming to this office for 10 years. The Dr. and staff are always friendly, helpful and timely. They process everything quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend!
Great office experience from check-in through picking out glasses. Christine was a bubbly, bright spot in my day. She made me smile. Dr. Berry is all business, but he made me feel confident. Then there was Yvette...she helped me choose the perfect pair for me. She treated me both professionally and as a friend.
Thanks john! You really went out of your way to get my insurance situated and help me get all the perfect features for my two pair of glasses which I love and fit me perfectly!
