My wife had an appointment for an eye exam and a field of vision test. After the eye exam she was told the machine was broke and they rescheduled a week later. When we arrived the machine was still broke and they didn’t even bother to call and cancel. They sent us to a facility that would only do it if they do another eye test. We will never use them ever again. They are completely incompetent.
Had to wait an hour just to get my glasses cleaned.
