I've been coming to MyEyeDr for years. First time at this office and made an appt online. No mention of dilation being required. No emails, no texts, no communication prior to the appt. I walk in and have to walk back out because its a requirement by the doctor. WHY do you not reach out to the patient prior to the appt and tell them that? I never even got a confirmation email from this office, much less any directive.
I waited 20 minutes because no one running the office. I was sign in first and when someone came out they help the other people. The I told her I had other things to do she gave me glasses and told me if I need them adjusted to come back. My glasses are falling off my face. Still i can't get them adjusted. I got to take them some place else to adjust my new glasses
Cassidy was amazing getting me prepped for the doctor! And the doc was so knowledgeable and that gives me great peace of mind. Been with them for years and this is why I keep coming back.
I hate seeing any negative reviews about this place. As of 5/5/26, this place is full of rockstars if you keep your privilege in check and try being respectful to these hard working ladies. Miss Alison at the desk went above and beyond for me in regard to insurance. I was totally expecting and accepting that I was paying out of pocket (would have still been 5 stars btw) because I know my insurance is limited.
