As a resident, everyone considering touring here should read this. The dog run is undermanaged, with dog poop everywhere, they do not enforce people to clean up after their dogs. The pool is not heated as promised, and the "hot tub" is nothing more than a lukewarm bath. The Beacon used to recycle, but that has devolved to dumpsters being parked at the entrance/exit of the parking garage, spilling trash onto the street. If you like hearing your neighbors cough/sneeze through the walls then you might like it here. Though, don’t be fooled by the way the complex looks, this place is a literal joke!
