This place is beyond vile. “Luxury apartment” “Luxury Oasis” my ass. When I moved in there were pubes all over everything and a dead gecko in the bedroom. I was lied to about having a porch. Whenever I had genuine qualms about living here, they sent someone after me to my unit to tell me to stop bringing things up to them as a fear tactic. It smells like hell everywhere except the first floor so they can keep their tours decent. I toured Beacon 430, was excited to live here, and signed a lease. It turns out the information they presented with me during the tour (the floor plans and the pricing) was inaccurate. After signing my lease they apologized for giving me the wrong information then asked me to pay a few hundred dollars extra a month, for what I was told I would have for the lease I signed. Because of their mistake they let me out of the lease and confirmed multiple times I would be refunded my deposit. It has been 6 weeks and I still have not... read more
