The maintenance staff goes above and beyond to make sure everything is working properly around the property and your home! Personable, kind, efficient, and an overall delight to work with. In my past experience, I it has been hard to find amazing maintenance staff- I’m so grateful for this wonderful team!
Avoid moving here! The building has gone so downhill that people can't move out fast enough. Water leaking into the hallways and multiple units, AC doesn't work in the hallways, parking garage gates are broken for months at a time, NW elevator doesn't have AC and water leaks into it when it drizzles, hallway carpets haven't been cleaned in years ( dead lizzards were present in the hallway for months), they have been saying they are putting in new carpets for 5 yrs and only did the first floor because it flooded, multiple sec... read more
