Beach woods is a great community! I love living here the workers whom keep it running and green and lovely are the nicest and caring workers I’ve ever met. They should give them a HUGE raise in my opinion l. Overall two pools,tennis courts, racquet ball, golf courses all around. Beach across street and many restaurants. Horrible HOA. Old snowbirds treat it like their winter resort and think they own your home. Conducts video recording without proper notice as required by law.
