Second year in a row that we have stayed here. Rooms are up to date and very clean and the staff is amazing. We will be back again next year for year 3. You will love it there!
People were great just ask for something and they were there -parked my car when I got there never used it till we were going home- rooms were great pool nice clean -it was a great mini vacation going next year
Excellent as always! Clean, staff always happy, willing to always help and accommodate. Owner on site as well and is very approachable.

The staff, the rooms are very comfortable, the view,the heated pool, everything was just great.
Best place to stay in OOB!!! John & staff always make sure everyone are treated like royalty. We've been repeat guess for many years. Super clean room. Awesome grounds, and the list goes on. Highly recommend it!
