BEST DENTIST OFFICE EVER!!! The dentist office has never been my favorite place to visit, however, Beachwood Dental is an exception to that rule! The ENTIRE staff is so sweet and nice. The Dentist really takes his time to talk to you and address your concerns. The office is so clean and relaxing. I love EVERYTHING about this place!! Look no further than…THIS IS YOUR PLACE for your dental needs!
Unprofessional and questionable privacy practices. Very concerning experience. This office refused to see me for a basic checkup because I wouldn’t give them my full Social Security number, even though I offered to prepay, give them a credit card to keep on file, provide driver's license and insurance card. They canceled my appointment without notice after confirming it. Lost 2 hours of work to arrive at appointment only to be informed they gave my appointment to someone else.
