Very caring, gentle, and loving to Bubba, my shih-tzu. Dr. Hannah was thorough and friendly. The assistants were informed and so sweet to my fur baby.
I'm very upset with Beachwood an won't be back. I don't understand when you bring your sick dog to them first thing in the morning an they wouldn't even look at him without a appointment. I've been a client of there's for years, thought they should of been a little more concerned... Not to mention there was no one else waiting. Also when you book a appointment at a certain time plan on waiting a good 45 minutes before you even get back to a room then another half hour.
