Be prepared for constant violations for breathing wrong -- it's a he said she said situation resulting in hundreds of dollars in fines without due diligence. I pay my HOA dues for someone to fine me a hundred dollars a pop! Sub par community management
I rented a condo from sandy that was more expensive than any other one in the complex and did not warrant the price. She told us that there was work being done on the building and asked if we still wanted to come. It was way to late to cancel our plans and we had to go. The was work outside our windows the entire time and she said she would make it up.. not only did she not do that she charged us 100 extra because my friend stopped by with there dog. Visited a friend that is renting here … it was nice but as far as Airbnb very expensive, pool was nice but actual condo was very small!
This is a great location. Great amenities.
