I’ve lived here for years, great complex. The groundskeeper who’s been here for the entire time I’ve lived here is always mean and nasty and he’s always working? 7 days a week patrolling the grounds and parking lot like the police. He’s got white hair and glasses. One time he hollered at me the parking lot is not a ‘speed way’ when I was going 12 MPH my car is just loud. Shame on this beautiful complex for accepting such behavior from employees. This year when my lease is up I’m out of here.

Be prepared for constant violations for breathing wrong -- it's a he said she said situation resulting in hundreds of dollars in fines without due diligence. I pay my HOA dues for someone to fine me a hundred dollars a pop! Sub par community management

And she charged 75.00 for a remote that we did not even use. To begin with ... read more
