This was the perfect place to stay! Room was clean and didn’t have a weird smell like some other places. Had the perfect amenities microwave, refrigerator etc. The person at the desk was very friendly and let us check in early. Text communication made everything hassle free. Best part we were walking distance to the main part of Pismo. Would definitely stay again

Very clean and comfortable room. Extremely affordable compared to nearby options. Very tight parking lot unless you have a compact car, so plan accordingly. Despite location being close to the beach and downtown, the area can be a bit louder than you’d hope- thin walls and ceilings. Would not recommend bottom floor rooms compared to upper floors, as you hear a lot of the foot traffic above- and any rolling suitcases, heavy feet, etc. Room orientation means a significant amount of light in the room even with blinds shut- coul... read more
