Very disappointing experience. There are much better hotels in Miami with better locations and beaches for the same price or less. There are also mandatory extra fees that are not included in the Airbnb checkout price and are buried in the listing details. I stayed for two weeks without a single housekeeping visit. I ran out of basic supplies like toilet paper and soap, and when I finally contacted them, they described ONE cleaning as a “complimentary courtesy,” as if they were doing me a favor. Problemas de insalubridad, las sábanas de la cama estaban sucias, el suelo estaba sucio, las paredes con machas, las puerta del apartamento no cerraba se quedaba abierta, tuve que pedir un reembolso a airbnb el cual me lo reembolsaron al momento, el problema viene con el resort walk beach, ellos han estado pasando cobros a mi tarjeta de crédito posterior a esto sin mi autorización. I stayed in an Airbnb located inside this hotel, and unfortunately the entire experience was extremely disappointing. The Airbnb itself was dirty, poorly maintained, and definitely not somewhere I would stay again, but the experience with the hotel made it even worse. The staff was rude and unprofessional, and the valet situation was honestly ridiculous. You’re expected to pay for valet, yet we literally had to park our own car. Only thing I didn't like was security coming asking us. Was we smoking up because somebody else had ashes coming down to their deck like we haven't been outside that whole morning and you come checking us and you can tell that other people was partying cuz they was loud outside. That's the only bad experience I didn't like about the place being a statistic where we'd even do nothing

The Beachwalk Resort itself was nice, and the view from our unit was absolutely amazing. We also enjoyed the amenities—the pool and beach were both great. Unfortunately, we were disappointed with the unit we received. The pictures shown in the booking did not accurately represent the room we stayed in. In fact, the interior and even the outdoor furniture looked completely different from what was advertised in the listing.
