Rooms are filthy with dog hair and people here need to keep to themselves idk if they think we don’t speak their language but damn they loud and make it everyone there business.
This was the worst experience I’ve ever had !!!!! The employees are just there, they don’t acknowledge you or speak and I speak both English & Spanish… Valet will charger you to park your own car, they don’t open doors or carry your luggage . Our key card kept deactivating and we had to keep returning back to customer service , amenities (92 dollar Charge )were terrible , The gym was disgusting , lucky they just open up a Crunch Fitness near by I could run to. The staff would notice us as we walked through the lobby and outside, but they didn't speak or smile or make us feel welcomed. So other than checking in and checking out, we didn't have any interactions with them. We had a 2 bedroom/2 bath penthouse unit with a sofa bed couch and 2-story balcony with an amazing view! The unit and property are nicely decorated, clean, and well maintained. It's located not far from the beach. It's a nice location and we had a good time.
My fiancé and I stayed here for a getaway. We loved our stay here! We stayed here for three nights and everyone was very welcoming. The view is spectacular.
