We stayed there with my wife and two 2 year old babies for three days on 21st floor. First of all, the room and especially kitchen (pans, plates everything) was extremely dirty. There is no professional cleaning. For example, after Miami we have stayed at Home2 suites by Hilton and we have seen the difference. This otel is not suitable for people who want a decent and clean hotel. Second, there are almost 30 floors with 20 units at each floor and there are only two elevators for them. Un desastre el edificio. Alquilamos Depto de Stay Sol. Bastante bien. Solo tuvimos un inconveniente con el sistema de climatización que NO resolvieron en toda la estadía. Pero el edificio no brinda el servicio por el cual te cobran. Un desastre el valet parking. Siempre abarrotado. No dan con las manos los empleados. Sería preferible que se estacione cada huésped.
