Ms. Zerlina was great! Shegave us an amazing tour! We loved the property and apartments.
Everything is old and breaks. Management could not care less
Zerlina was soooo kind!!! She has amazing energy and just from the tour alone, I could tell she is really amazing to her tenants. I think she alone is a major selling point to this building aside from the pretty units themselves!
