Terrible living conditions for the outrageous rent they are charging. I have had endless cockroaches end up in my room and nothing done to address the issue from the maintenance. I have killed 6 cockroaches now and only have been here for 1 year. Do yourself a favor and do not sign with the slumlords of BJB properties. $1800 rent and can’t fix the most basic of problems.
Godawful experience living here, the 5 star reviews are not real let me tell you. I’ve lived here for 1 year and have had multiple water leaks that have destroyed the bathroom and main room wall and created lots of black mold. This would continue for weeks before they would even start to address the issue. After multiple complaints and service requests they would come patch and repaint, not address the source of the issue. Roaches everywhere and elevator always breaking down. The door would always shake randomly as well very spooky.
As a current Tenant. Look elsewhere, this property needs some serious business development, from communications to the way they operate it. If you want timely communication about water outages you won’t receive it from here attached you’ll see a consistent theme of sending an email out late in the morning or afternoon reporting water outages for the same day.
