We loved our time at the Beachside Villas. We went during the 4th of July and were able to see Destin's, PCB's and Seaside's firework shows from the beach. The condo we stayed in was just renovated so it was really nice and reasonably priced. We loved how we were only a 5 min walk from the beach. This area is not touristy which we loved as well.

The condos we have stayed in have been clean. The problem we have is with the company that puts up all of the rental chairs taking up all of the waterfront space on the beach. If you are not willing to pay the $175 per week to rent two chairs and one umbrella from them, you will not be able to see the water from your chair. This is a problem if you would like to sit under your umbrella while watching your children play in the ocean.
The best place to stay on the Panhandle!
What more can you say than Hello � it's 30A! Beautiful and peaceful!
First time here but definitely not my last. The villa is beautiful & the cost is reasonable. Can't see the beach from where we are but it's a 2 minute walk way.
