I went into this seafood market to get shrimp this morning. Cashier had her mask on the tip of her nose. Not affective. Four other employees standing around talking with no masks on. Another man with no mask came from in front of the case and stuck his head in the seafood case and spread the shrimp out WITH NO MASK or gloves. Yuck, I won't be back.
Upon entering, we weren't greeted or made to feel welcomed at all. We had to seat ourselves. The waitress came to our table and rudely tossed the menus on the table along with the silverware and walked away. No greeting, no smile...She sent a very clear message that she either didn't want us there or didn't want to serve us. Highly offensive and they didn't deserve our money. We left and came to Dockside which was definitely the better choice. Their service and food was amazing!
i walked into the patio, upstairs, me and my three friends. we sat ourselves, the waitress came over and literally threw 4 menus on the corner of the table, in a mid turn as she walked away. she did not speak nor welcome us. she came back with utensils and attempted to throw those on the corner of table with the menus, still not speaking. we simply left. that type of welcome did NOT deserve our hard earned MONEY. we went to Dockside Seafood Restaurant, the service was AMAZING, the food was FRESH and everything was good. beac... read more

I have been going to Beachside for about 7 years. The food is always amazing and the staff is so kind. However, today was an extremely weird experience. I went to the market for Fish Dip and Shrimp. The man behind the counter was very rude. The conversation started by me asking for advice about how many pounds of shrimp I should get for the number of people I will be feeding. His response was “I don’t know the people you are feeding or their eating habits.” Ummm okay I guess you don’t but normally in the Customer service ind... read more
