Great location, friendly staff – We enjoyed our stay and thought the hotel was a great value. The beach was a quick walk across the street. Service at the front desk was friendly and quick.

Not on the Beach / Poor Overall – This place is really old and is on the other side of a busy road from the beach. Don't know how they get away calling it "Beachside". Seems close to false advertising. Outside was kind of dirty and inside room was old such as worn out carpet, bathroom fixtures and bad mattress. Some mildew and commode didn't work properly in the tiny bathroom. They're not a friendly staff, very surprising for a hotel. You can find lots of better places in same price range. I won't go back.

Dirty and Rundown Dump – Stuart, you must have run into the same employee who was rude to us. We recall she had short hair and smoked a lot. Can't believe they would put someone like this in front of customers. As bad as she was, our room was worse. Our toilet didn't work right (wouldn't flush all the way), the sofa was worn out. It and the carpet were very dirty. Rude / Ashtrays in a Non-Smoking Room – We had a miserable night there because they can't decide what a "non-smoking" room is. Hint, you don't put ashtrays in them. When we called to complain that our "non-smoking" room reeked of smoke, the rude woman said she couldn't help us as we were already in a "non-smoking" room and if we didn't like it, we should go to another hotel. Enjoyable stay and convienient location! – My grandson and I really enjoyed our stay. It was everything we needed. We really enjoyed the music and singing in the lounge. It was very conveniently located. Would definitely stay again. Thanks!

Great food and drinks! – The restaurant downstairs had great food and drinks! The pool has a nice view of the beach.

This is a great deal!! – This hotel was much cheaper than the ones across the street. So for 100$ less we walked the extra 200yards.. LOL It was a very nice hotel, the staff was accommodating. The pool was nice, on Friday nights the restaurant down stairs has a live band. It was fun to sit by the pool listening to the music, and once we went into our room which was almost directly above we didn't hear it anymore. Neat!

I was satisifed after just a few mishaps – I was pretty satisfied with my stay after we got checked in. They were not sure if the room was clean an I had to wait, an when we got in the room we had lights in the bathroom and the ac worked. As soon as I called down stairs they sent someone up to see what was going on and I guess cleaning lady i guess had hit the reset button on the hair dryer and it had cut the lights off, but other than that the stay was nice.

Short stay – We were looking for a low priced hotel for the area and this hotel was reasonably price for the location. It was across the road from the beach. The room was okay for a short stay. The room was not cleaned daily but it was comfortable enough for what we needed. We were on the fifth floor and had a nice view of the beach and swimming pool, which is located on the 3rd floor.
