STAY FAR AWAY!! Regretfully Susan is currently managing a property of mine. She will inflate the cost of any repair from her “in house unlicensed repair guys” Charging 100’s. Each month checks are less than half the amount that should be sent to me. Horrible brokerage. Agent John Schmidt worked with seller, his friend across the street, together tried to sell me the promised complete set of plans at closing for 12,000. Advertising said made available at closing then told me the wording ‘made available’ means I just get to look at them. After much effort they were forced to pay the seller the 12,000 for the plans to do the deal because the seller was adamant.
