Could I give zero stars? The absolute worst rental experience ever. Considering legal action. They won’t refund or return calls after ruining our trip with a disgustingly filthy, unsafe, bug infested rental. We paid for a hot tub that was never cleaned and they didn’t send people to work on it till the last day. Exposed wires. Deck was splintering and rotten. Bugs everywhere and never cleaned up. We had a wonderful stay with Beachside Management. Everything was extremely organized and well-communicated. The beach house we stayed in was very clean, and the amenities were just what we needed for our family of 6. Also, the proximity to the beach access points was perfect. The staff, including Claire, were amazing. I definitely recommend reserving through Beachside Management for your Siesta Key stay!
