We had a great experience with Beachside Management in Siesta Key. Raquel was fantastic to work with and very responsive, helpful, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. She helped us find a rental that was perfectly located, just a short walk to the beach and close to plenty of great food spots, which made our stay even better. Overall, this was one of the easiest booking experiences we’ve had, and I’d definitely recommend Beachside Management to anyone looking to stay in the area.
We stayed in unit 49 on the beach and it was beautiful. Great location within walking distance to Siesta Village and the sunsets are awesome! We will stay again at this location. Everything at the house was better than other houses we have stayed at and let me add the cookware is top notch.
Raquel in the office was wonderful in helping me secure the perfect unit for us! Her emails replies were friendly, detailed and prompt. She made the entire process so easy. Our family is very excited for our stay!
Our second year using BeachSide management for staying at CasaMar, and we love it, flawless process, fast checkin, great amenities and Rachel was very professional and kind to talk to. We will be there next year too becoming officially loyal customers. We stayed at the unit 56 the first year and unit 8 this year. For a matter of distance from the ocean we prefer the unit 56.
The property was completely NOT as advertised. it's a rundown apartment with no view and no easy beach access (nearest public access is a 25-minute walk). We arrived to a unit that smelled terrible, was dirty, had significant black mold in the bathroom, broken blinds, a bathroom door that doesn't lock, and an AC so loud you can't hear the TV.
