We are a remodeled Beach Motel 1 block from Seaside's Prom and beach. We are 4 blocks from downtown and newly remodeled in a Beach cottage feel. We have kitchens, flat screens, dvd players, 1 and 2 bed units as well as cottages.

I made a reservation and paid for it. Unfortunately, within 1 hour I realized I made a mistake and it was a different Beachside hotel that I had paid for. I contacted them right away hoping for a refund. I never got a phone call, neither an email...just completely ignored. Ultimately, I didn't know what to expect but at least a good follow up / customer service. Stay away
The hotel had everything you needed. The tv was nice, and the fireplace was nice. But it needed a more deep cleaning. The corners of the hotel were full of dust and hair, and the kitchen table was wobbly. The bathroom door didn't close properly.
We booked through booking.com early into the trip. We drove through the night only to get a text as we were pulling up saying our room was not available. Andy chose to blame the site we booked on (that his buisness utilizes to fill rooms) rather than take any accountability. All rooms in the area are booked and at midnight we are forced to drive an hour plus due to Andy’s negligence. Very disappointed
We called the office when we got there because of some issues we had seen right off the bat but they Don't have an on call manager to help us, just the desk guy and he said he had no Authority to help us with our issues. Door has a draft and doesn't latch all of the way and the door knob is loose and wiggly. Curtains are see through and won't close all of the way.
