The problem was a miswiring with the original thermostat install, this expert meticulously tracked the wiring and had it rectified in about an hour. This was a lot better than the prior encounter where they told me that I needed a replacement and it saved both time and money.

Well maintained no problems after then.

The installation of the new thermostat took around an hour, which seemed appropriate given he had to reconfigure some wiring. He was patient in explaining the setup process to me and ensured everything was tested properly before leaving.

I expected a straightforward maintenance check, and the technician quickly identified that the air filters were clogged, which he replaced while also ensuring the condenser coils were cleaned properly. The entire process took about an hour, and I've noticed improved airflow since his visit.

I was expecting a routine check-up, and that's mostly what it was, but the technician did point out and clean some clogged drain lines that could have become problematic. He completed everything in just over an hour and explained each step, which matched my understanding from online research.
