Under new management, updated units.
Slumlord owners. Fleas, bedbugs and even crackheads all over the place. Used to be an ok place with the old owners, definitely not now. Wouldn’t recommended this place to ANYONE.
The ppl that were working almost kind of felt like family
The building owner is a reasonable person. Willing to work with you if you have an issue. You do have to go through a property management company, which isn't ideal, but they are nice at least. The neighborhood isn't the greatest. It's quiet most of the time but there is a bit of crime. I've had my car broken into once during the 3 years I've lived here, as has my next door neighbor. Miamisburg police are here at least once or twice a week for god knows what. The units themselves are nicer than many of the other apartments i... read more
