Beachler Place has done an amazing transformation!! I'm not sure if it's new owners, new management or both....but I have most definitely noticed improvements on the exterior and the residents living there. I have also had a glimpse of the newly renovations for the interior and it's a complete transformation!! Great job to all those that are making these improvements happen!! Know, it is noticeable and appreciated ♡♡♡
Since the new management took over, this apartment community has completely transformed — it’s like night and day. The units have been fully renovated with modern updates that make the apartments feel fresh and welcoming. Under new management, updated units.
Slumlord owners. Fleas, bedbugs and even crackheads all over the place. Used to be an ok place with the old owners, definitely not now. Wouldn’t recommended this place to ANYONE.
