The photo of the sunset attached speaks for itself. It's the view of the hills of Palos Verdes from the second floor of the complex. I see it every time I walk up the steps and stop in front of my door. It amazes me how I was able to afford a place that offered something as beautiful as that view. The Lomita location is probably one of the better properties that I have had the pleasure of staying at. Maintenance is always on-time, partly because the utilities are maintained well already and there aren't many units to oversee... read more
