Stayed at a beachfront only property in Oceanside in July of this year. The unit was over described. The furniture was old. The code to our door was not working and took them 3 hours to remedy upon arrival. There was absolutely no privacy between units. Would not recommend!!!

Beachfront Only = Slum House Vacation Rentals – P2031-0 - WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! 09/12/2021--09/17/2021 1) Our experience began with a sewer problem which expelled a foul order throughout the entire house because the sub pump was not working AND the sewer vent pipe terminated at the middle of the front window. I had a disappointing experience staying at the Beachfront Only property — from the moment of arrival to how property management handled the issues we experienced. The company that manages this property has multiple properties on the lot and they could care less about your experience. I'd urge those who are looking to stay here to look elsewhere especially given how pricey it is per night. This company ignores feedback, allows pets and events at properties that don’t allow them, and ignores city code. Constant violations. Flagrant disrespect for quiet neighborhoods and adjacent homeowners. It’s all about the money for these people. Disingenuous, deceptive, and unresponsive.

Atrocious customer service, gross misrepresentation of the property and a completely inadequate response to our concerns. We arrived on time and were kept waiting two hours outside while the construction and cleaning crews worked inside. The key feature that caused us to rent the home had been amateurishly remodeled taking the master bedroom and creating four tiny rooms. I want to express my sincere dissatisfaction with this company. I rented one of their beachfront companies for the weekend. First of all I was assured there would be central AC in the unit when I got there and it would be turned on for me but they lied and there were only 2 portable units in the rooms. This was the least of my problems. Why is it that we could only write reviews for this company only on here and not on their actual website beachfrontonly.com it make sense why on yelp, yelp said they’re getting make fake reviews and on their actual website there’s not link for us to write our own reviews. Somethings fishy. The house we stayed at was so beautiful but our actual experience there was HORRIBLE, the lists go on. Severely disappointed in the horrendous customer service this company offers. The lack of empathy that it offers during this pandemic this country is going through is saddening. We tried to cancel reschedule our trip in April and were told they are "Open for business" with people in their units everyday. if we choose to reschedule (not cancel) we lose 50% of our payment.
