⭐☆☆☆☆ Very disappointing experience at South Jordan Beaches. It felt like the staff were more focused on selling products than actually helping customers. There was a line of five people waiting, and no sense of urgency to help anyone. When a spot finally opened up, one employee was more concerned with putting away boxes than assisting the customers who had been waiting. Every time we have been to this location the staff spends more time trying to sell memberships than they do actually taking care of current customers. I have walked out multiple times without ever getting checked in. Tonight I was finally checked in and waited for a room until my wife was finished and ready to leave. The same customer was standing at the front desk STILL listening to the sales pitch while there were more customers lining up in the lobby. This is the same experience we have every time we go.
