I have given this salon multiple chances. I understand they can’t help how busy they are, I get it. I’ve been patient, and still continue to come. That however is not why I am upset. Every time I come to this location, my bed never gets started so I have to get dressed, again, to go tell them to start it. On top of that I have been in beds that were not set for the right time either. So on top of waiting and getting redressed, I did not get the full time I asked for either.
