I love this location it’s so close to my house. Most of the girls here are so sweet and helpful! However today I asked for a bed with new bulbs instead one of the girls who wasn’t helping me put me in a similar bed and I ended up getting out due to it not getting warm or feeling like it was doing anything and the bulbs were very dim and politely asked if they could put me in a different one. I had an amazing experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly helpful, kind, and professional. I was honestly surprised at how clean and well-maintained everything was—it really stood out. The team knew so much about the equipment and answered all of my questions with confidence and ease. It made me feel really comfortable and taken care of. I’ll definitely be going back!
