Love both Beaches OBGYN locations, all office staff are always so friendly and helpful. Dr. Miller is fantastic and so easy to talk to. Always a great experience with all their docs but really loved my visit today with Dr. Miller!
Never answer phone, text are 1-2 days response time. This is horrible communication for pregnant women!

Horrible experience. They don’t know up from down. Completely disorganized.
Seems like no one wants to pick up the phone. Had to visit in-person after days of waiting for a callback. No response from Klara either. Very difficult to get hold of anyone when all you need is to follow up on paperworks submitted. Funny that one answered the call accidentally and decided to hang up right away without saying anything. People are generally nice in the office but whoever are in charge of answering phone calls are not doing their job.
