My family has been wrongly charged for water services since we have been residents of Jax Beach. Our water service has been cut off since 12/28 although we were told we have 12 months to pay the undercharged amount. BEA could improve their services by holding true to their word. Do the right thing, please.

Horrible service, don't attempt to transfer service they will only mix up the dates of transfer, shut your power off the wrong day and not care about the inconvenience to the consumer. Worst than Comcast.

Beach Energy along with the City of Jax Beach refuse to stop using artificial light sources where sea turtles lay eggs. This causes hatchlings to be disoriented which causes death often times. Way to go Beach Energy for being without souls and a conscience!
