I had an excellent experience with BBL Plumbing and Drains! Willy and luc came out to repair my outside faucet and a burst ball valve that gave out during the winter season. The technicians were professional, punctual, and clearly experienced. He explained everything thoroughly, completed the work efficiently, and left the area clean. The pricing was fair, and the quality of the repair was top-notch. I’m very satisfied with their service and will definitely call them again for any future plumbing needs. Highly recommended!

We had a major toilet blockage emergency late at night in our condo building and called BBL Plumbing and Drain. Luc was incredibly responsive even at that hour and immediately sent Willy over. He showed up on time, super professional, friendly, and humble. Willy clearly explained the scope of the work and got right to it. Had a blocked sewer drain and called BBL Plumbing and Drain. Luc was quick to respond and sent Willy over—he arrived right on time. Communication was excellent throughout the process used sophisticated machines plus a scope to unblock the drain. Willy was very professional, tidy, and thorough with his work. He clearly explained the cause of the issue, what needed to be done, and gave a fair price for the job. I'm really impressed with the service and highly recommend them!
