Beaches used to be great. Then it was sold to VCA Canada and became completely soulless. The client care isn’t just bad, it is shockingly bad. We found out from the vet emergency clinic that my dog was catastrophically ill. I called Beaches (where I’ve been a client for many years) and left a tearful phone message desperately asking what to do. NO ONE called me back. I would just like to thank Reneé, the Technician for doing an Excellent Hygene clean on my female cat, Sweetpea, including part of her belly, in this hot weather, 2 or 3 times now, along with a much needed antibiotic shot & pain medication instructions. She is a very kind & caring person & my cat is very comfortable in her care too. Thanks Always to the Best Vet in Toronto-Dr Koszti, for his kindness & compassion towards clients & animals & straight to the point expert advice, knowledge & insight.

I brought my dog to the beaches animal hospital. He was sick that gave me antibiotics and sent me home. I called them and said, my dog's not getting better. He's really ill. He's not eating, he can't breathe. I was told to put him in the shower to help him. I was told to give him honey to help his throat so he could swallow. I immediately took him to another animal hospital and they saved his life if I hadn't done that. He would have died.
