I would just like to thank Reneé, the Technician for doing an Excellent Hygene clean on my female cat, Sweetpea, including part of her belly, in this hot weather, 2 or 3 times now, along with a much needed antibiotic shot & pain medication instructions. She is a very kind & caring person & my cat is very comfortable in her care too. Thanks Always to the Best Vet in Toronto-Dr Koszti, for his kindness & compassion towards clients & animals & straight to the point expert advice, knowledge & insight.

I brought my dog to the beaches animal hospital. He was sick that gave me antibiotics and sent me home. I called them and said, my dog's not getting better. He's really ill. He's not eating, he can't breathe. I was told to put him in the shower to help him. I was told to give him honey to help his throat so he could swallow. I immediately took him to another animal hospital and they saved his life if I hadn't done that. He would have died. Apparently they have a new policy of not picking up the phone anymore. It’s really frustrating trying to communicate. Used to have better service.

I've been using this vet for 20 plus years now and its definitely on the decline. I took my cat in 2 weeks ago for an emergency, I asked the receptionist to make sure to file my pet insurance claim 3 times before I left and she assured me she would. To have to call back 2 weeks later and the claim had yet to be filed.
