Booked this as a last minute family getaway. While the location, almost on the beach, was excellent, the hotel room was anything but. The room had a foul smell, electrical outlets coming out of the wall, a shower head hanging out of the ceiling, holes in the wall, significant stains on the curtains and chairs, paint peeling and a foul smell. The person working the front desk appeared to have no concerns about the condition of the room and completely disregarded our complaint.
Having just checked out i can honestly say one of the worst experiences I've had...trash in the hallway steps...have to check in at the Days Inn next door and their front desk staff was really no help to us as I complained about kids in the pool approaching 2 in the morning...screaming and playing like it was 5 in the afternoon...the one adult male who was watching these kids was intoxicated and proceeded to open the gate for the beach access and urinated on the walkway to the beach...staff did nothing...had to call the cops... read more
Would give 0 stars if possible. Room was hot ac didn't keep up....it was nasty..had bed bugs...stains on the bedding and a dehumidifier in the room that kept alarming that the water was full and needed to be dumped. No elevator either. Just didn't have much going for it at all. Horrible. Needs updated. Location was only things that was good it was right on the beach front.
We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back. Beach front view, pool and location are great. The beds are comfy. It's quiet. Having said all of that. It is old and could use some up keep.
Horrible, nasty, moldy. And old pictures online from years ago that show a nice place, this is deceitful to lie to people
