7/23 Booked through Priceline -as of now it's still unresolved. Looks nothing like the pictures. The first room was facing the street. The drapes were stained, splattered bugs were on the wall, the whole place was dirty. Moved us to an oceanview suite, freshly mopped, smelled nice. There was a bug crawling on the pillowcase. RUNNNNNN and don't look back! If you saw the movie Joe's Apartment, this may have been where the movie was aired! Dead roaches, Dirty Stained furniture & drapes, filthy & smelly. The floors are so dirty a good buffing wouldn't do it justice. I actually was scared to stand in the room to sniff the air! Once we brought it to the owners attention, they gave us another room seeing that the only people booking that particular unit, would have been for a Halloween Party! This is a review meant for Beach Comber Inn, which happens to be managed by Days Inn by Wyndham and let me tell yall, this place is a BIG NO-NO. Hence the pictures that I am sharing for reference, this is a health hazard and I left feeling physically dirtier than I arrived. Close to 400 for two nights and having mold in the room, ROACHES crawling and signed paperwork that limit you from cancelling and getting a refund just to start.
