Amazing experience from start to finish. I began my hot tub setup late on a Friday evening during a long weekend, and to my surprise, Frank M. responded right away and helped me balance the chemicals all the way through Saturday. The level of customer service truly went above and beyond my expectations. Highly recommend!
I regret referring this company to my client. The aftercare service has been terrible no response to calls or emails. Very unprofessional. At the end of the day, I don’t expect much, just basic professionalism and good service. You’re charging $30K for hot tubs and not even respecting your clients. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere from here.
