Miserable staff member, unhelpful.
We have had exceptional service from this Beachcomber location. Frank has always been extremely helpful and I could not have been more pleased with all his help. Sheldon and Sandy have proven to be a big part of the team that I reach out to for water testing and improvements to our hot tub experience . I look forward to years of relaxing in our Beachcomber Hot Tub .

Great experience! Lady at front desk helped get me sorted and Frank was great helping me on a Sunday get my hot tub ready for use!
The people working here are amazing. The receptionist was super helpful and knowledgable. I’m new to hot tubbing and she introduced me to Sheldon who answered all of my technical questions. They have all the chemicals you could possibly need and will take the time to explain hot tub chemistry.
