Great experience! Lady at front desk helped get me sorted and Frank was great helping me on a Sunday get my hot tub ready for use!
The people working here are amazing. The receptionist was super helpful and knowledgable. I’m new to hot tubbing and she introduced me to Sheldon who answered all of my technical questions. They have all the chemicals you could possibly need and will take the time to explain hot tub chemistry.

His after-sales service has been exceptional and he always gives me timely and practical advice and never acts as if my questions are silly or a waste of time. We love our hot-tub and would recommend both the product and the staff to anyone.
