I purchased my hotub in 2021 and found the customer service and maintenance to go above and beyond. The Beachcomber hot tub meets and exceeds my needs. The hybrid model is stylish and if anything ever went wrong whether small or large, the team here has ensured I have never once regretted my purchase. If your in the market for a hotub buy from this locally owned Canadian company.
So disappointed in the behavior by one of the associates at this location and the treatment of my spouse by this associate of this location. Whomever the person was (unfortunately I don't have a name)... my spouse drove 2 hours, so we can try to salvage what we have of a Beachcomber hot tub and do some repairs on our own and YES to save a little money, but my other half is more than competent....he, whomever he is, completely and utterly shamed him, not only to his face but in front of another employee.
