Extremely happy customer with Beachcomber on Veterans. I requested a service call for my leaky Hot Tub and the service was terrific...punctual and polite service tech and they got me fixed up asap and pricing was fair. We have been coming to this location as we live in a rural area and will travel to Barrie location as we have exceptional service from Cindy. I do my own service work and the advice I get from Cindy is always amazing and correct. If she doesn’t know she checks quickly and finds the answers. This location has the most friendly staff and it’s always a pleasure dealing there.
I am very happy to be dealing with Cindy as she is very helpful when we need her help. We bought many hot tubs from her for our cottages and she has always been reliable and helpful. I recommend working with Cindy and Beachcomber Hot Tubs as they are professional and caring.
