We had a fantastic experience with Beachcomber Hot Tubs in Barrie. Jon was an excellent sales associate; knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy. He took the time to walk us through options, answer all our questions clearly, and help us choose what actually fit our needs (and budget) without any pressure. Amazing experience all round ! Old tub, lots of issues and their primary goal was to fix what I had and work with me on a solution , not to pressure a new tub sale. Cindy was amazing and the service team was just as professional. After multiple attempts at repair , I decided to purchase new. Amanda and Cindy were able to get me in the tub that fit my needs in no time. An excellent Canadian made tub , sold by a locally owned Canadian company with fantastic staff. Win Win !

Our BeWell hot tub is perfect. Delivery and set up was very professional and instructions for use and care was well done. The staff at Kerr Splash is very friendly and helpful too. Very pleased.
When we were interested in replacing our hot tub we did some research and heard only good things about beachcomber hot tubs. We went to Kerr Splash (Beachcomber) and from the sales to the service everyone was very knowledgeable and helped us make the best choice for our needs. We ended up going with their new line called Be Well hot tubs which is still all Canadian with a great price point. We are enjoying our new hot tub and highly recommended buying any hot tub from Kerr Splash (Beachcomber).
