Very disappointing. We used them to reserve a vacation home for 10 days in Sept. 2021. 8 days before our arrival date, we got a cancelation email. They said the owner wanted to use the house that week. They would not contact me by phone to discuss. They said they would return the full charge to my credit card, but it would take 5-7 days. I see the same complaint on the review below on 11/30/2020. Obviously, this is an ongoing problem with this company.
Do not under any circumstance rent a vacation property through this company. They can and will force cancel your reservation if they get another request that suits them better and then offer nothing but poor customer service.

This was an unfortunate situation where this booking came through just after the owner had asked us to reserve the same dates for them and we had not had enough time to mark off the dates. I cancelled it right away and explained the issue. It had nothing to do with getting a request that suits us better. A cancellation by either party is allowed within 24 hours as part of the rental agreement that the guest agreed to so there was nothing inappropriate about it.
