Terrible experience. Caused expensive damage to my house in more than one place while replacing the siding. For instance, one area of damage was a cut coolant line to my air conditioner. The coolant had recently been topped off, so when the big cut was done a large amount of coolant would have rushed out under pressure. Unmistakable damage. Rather than stopping and fixing the problem, the high pressure line was patched with duct tape then covered with plywood and siding. I discovered months later that the AC didn't work. This is the best company for customer service and lowest rates! John came out personally and sat down with us to find out what we needed. He didn't drag in samples of all his windows but he explained exactly what he offered and when he said covered for life I was sold! Others may say it, and then give you a lot of trouble when trying to replace a window, but all Beach asked for was the serial number on the frame of that window and replaced it within the week! They replaced some siding, a window and a post from a fallen tree. Their estimate was the lowest. They were on time and cleaned up after. A few small issues that they came back to fix. Paid nothing until work was completed. Very good company to work with. Purchased a sliding patio door through afterward. I would recommend John and his company to all.
