We got the run around for 6 months, they measured in Dec 2018 and months later sent the wrong size window, measured again in April and then told us they no longer do the window replacements, the refer clients to ****** off of Baker Road, it took two days of calling back and forth to finally be told that ****** delivered and set our window out side the door of Beach Windows last Friday, so then it was tracking the window and everyone I spoke to seemed to hate their job and blame the other company, no very professional, plus t... read more
I am highly disappointed with Beach Windows. After waiting 4 months for the windows to be fabricated and installed, the owner was not forthright in telling us what to expect when a door was measured incorrectly and a window was ordered wrong. Instead of telling us the truth about expected delivery date, we were told a made up time frame which was at least 4 weeks earlier than what we were told by others in the company. We went with Beach Windows and siding for new replacement windows, covered all exterior trim, new gutters and a retractable awning. We started this process back in April of 2018 (signed contract) first of all when an appointment was made to come out to measure for the windows they had to reschedule, and once our windows were ready for install that part was pretty good for the most part. We went with Beach Windows & Siding due to a referral. We ordered our door, which we were told would take 6 weeks. It took about 11 to receive this, to which I had to follow up on countless times. Their lack of customer service is atrocious. Delay after delay, they pushed us back months for our install. I will mention weather had a lot to do with it but they way they handled themselves was so unprofessional. Awesome job replacing my patio sliding door
I researched window companies and windows for some time before deciding Beach Windows and Siding was the one to go with. The windows Beach quoted included all the things considered "upgrades" with other companies. And, honestly, I did not even realize that I was not comparing apples to apples until reading through all of the materials. Just be sure you know what you are having quoted. After getting quotes from several window companies, I decided to go with Beach Windows. My experience with them was very professional and positive. In a situation where I was looking to upgrade all the windows in my 2 story home, from the salesman to the installation crew, they were all friendly yet professional and made me feel very relaxed and confident that I had chosen the right company. They were recommended by a neighbor and I recommend them to anyone looking for a window upgrade.
We needed to have three windows replaced and after having several unsatisfactory meetings with other companies, we called Beach Windows and Siding. Too bad we didn't contact them first. Our experience was excellent from meeting with the salesman and having the windows installed. Mike ***** the salesman, arrived on time and was very professional and knowledgeable in helping us selecting the right windows. The installer was equally professional and knowledgeable. A great experience from beginning to end.
