I am deeply disappointed with the service provided by The Beach Villas of Deerfield. From the very beginning, my experience has been marred by unprofessionalism and rudeness. The manager displayed a lack of respect and courtesy, making every interaction unpleasant. Communication was a major issue; my calls and emails were often ignored, and when I did receive a response, it was curt and unhelpful. Disgusting management so unfriendly not business orientated, and could care less about who rents there.(All about the money)!! Worst, I have dealt with in all my years beware! If I could give it zero stars, I would there are so many other better places in Deerfield Beach with hospitable kind helpful management that truly are not out for themselves. So just as a word of caution, beware do not use beach villas of Deerfield Beach.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!! MANAGEMENT IS TERRIBLE, FREQUENT RENTAL HIKES (twice in 12 months, most recent +$300) WITH LITTLE WARNING, BUG INFESTED UNITS WITH ROACHES AND TERMITES. MANY TENANTS HAVE LEFT ALREADY...WE ARE NEXT. HANDS DOWN WORST MANAGEMENT IN FL...STAY AWAY FROM ALL PROPERTIES MANAGED BY SUNNY SIDE IN FL LLC...SLUM LORDS AT BEST. FILING COMPLAINT WITH BBB NEXT.
