It’s like working with robots. I would run while you can. All they care about are the fees and collecting your money. Gave me a really bad vibe and a hint of what it would be like if I moved in. I’ve never ever had this type of experience when renting and I’m going somewhere else. Any human contact was like pulling teeth. Amber acts like she’s doing me a favor and also as if she’s going tired of dealing with me. No personality, no compassion… nothing! She’s in the wrong business , wrong position for sure!
Total rip off!! I was on the waiting list for almost a year, when my move in date approached I was told that there were no units. Fine, I renewed my lease at my current apartment, then 2 weeks later they offered a unit of I could move in within a month. I told them that was too soon since I'd already renewed. Since then I've left Florida for health reasons, I'm a single Mom battling leukemia. I was told my deposit is unrefundable because they offered me a unit!
