customer service was a joke. after attempting to resolve issues with front desk and reporting to the BBB just to be ignored...
The worst customer service ever experienced.
I accidentally booked through them (didn’t dig into my hotels.com booking)... I won’t make that mistake again. They charged me twice for our stay and I’ve been trying to get them to refund me for the last 2 weeks. If I’m lucky enough to get someone on the phone (about once out of every 10 calls) they have me send screenshots, say they’re going to have the “general manager” take care of it, and I never hear back. Do not rent through these people.
Worst vacation rental company ever. Can’t get them on the phone. After having to wait an hour past checkin to get our rooms ready we drove to the condo and the code they gave us didn’t work to get in and we couldn’t get anyone on the phone and had to drive all the way back to get another code. Then we were not given a key fob for access to the pool area which was one reasons we were staying at the location. customer service is complete trash. thanks for leaving us outside for four hours on Mother's Day. You were all aware I have an infant with me and the refusal to take care of people that you took money from is DISGUSTING.
