This was my first visit to care now urgent care. I was a walk in and didn’t wait long to be seen. My issue was addressed quickly and thoroughly explained. Prescription sent in to my pharmacy immediately.
All in all it was a good check in process and only had to wait about 40 minutes as they were busy. The PA and lab staff were very professional and attentive. My concern was taken care of quickly. The RT that was in charge of taking vital signs and placing you in a room could have had a better attitude. The “eye rolls” and “sighs” when he called people back for their appointments was a bit much!! Best place for urgent care
Check in went smoothly. I was first patient of the day. Everything was completed as I might have expected. This was my first ever urgent care experience so I have no comparison. Though it was “urgent” it seemed a bit slow. But I received the care and attention I needed !
