We had a great experience with Steve and the team at Beach Team Real Estate. They took care of everything - paint selection, awnings, contractors, staging, etc - and the house looked better than ever when it went on the market. Steve's advice was spot on for listing and negotiating. We ended up listing the house for more than we originally expected to get and closed for $100K above that. This was the best real estate experience we have had and we would hire them again without hesitation.

We had a terrific experience with Steve Nader and his entire Beach Team members. We moved out of state just as the sale process was starting, so we were not able to be present for most of the steps of the transaction. Steve, Cindi, and the team are very very good at way they do. From our initial meeting with them, to searching for our home, buying it, and helping us coordinate contractors after, they have been professional, proactive, responsive, and fun to work with. Steve and his team have been incredible to work with. Steve was very patient with all of the criteria we had to buy a home and we never felt pressured to settle.
