⭐☆☆☆☆ I would not recommend Beach South at the Lake. Communication from management is very poor — calls and emails often go unanswered, and getting clear information is frustrating. I also personally dealt with a bed bug issue while living here, which was very stressful. The lack of timely communication and support made the situation worse. Overall, I didn’t feel heard or comfortable as a resident.
Lived here for a year and it was literally the worst.I could never get anyone to fix anything that was already badly placed together.i was constantly given up charges in rent neighbors were always partying I would not recommend especially if you have children
The leasing consultant wasn’t very knowledgeable of her unit she moved to slow for my liking.
